The staff really went out of their way to help us, which made the stay pleasant. Breakfast, however, felt a bit thin – there just weren’t many options to choose from. Overall, friendly service but a limited morning menu.

We liked the varied breakfast spread and appreciated the spacious room with a nicely sized bathroom. The restaurant, though, was uncomfortably cold and never turned up the heat, making meals feel miserable. Dinner finished early with no alternatives, and the staff didn’t speak English, so we had to rely on a translator – not what you expect from a hotel at this level. The team also seemed rather stiff and not very welcoming.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, meeting the basic expectations. Nothing else stood out, but there were no major complaints either.

Everything was great, just the reception and restaurant were chilly. The rooms were comfortable and the service friendly.
