“Disappointing for a upmarket hotel, dirty dining room”

My stay was a letdown, as I found the room to be in a tired state and the toilet didn't even flush properly. Unfortunately, I didn't experience any redeeming qualities during my visit.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a huge difference in my overall experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease and well taken care of. The hotel's staff truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed.

“My stay was good and I enjoyed it”

I was quite disappointed with the hotel's choice of flooring, as the creaky wooden floor beneath my feet made it difficult to walk around. However, the rest of my stay was pleasant, and I was able to enjoy the hotel's amenities without any major issues. The hotel's location and cleanliness were definitely positives, but the wooden floor was a notable drawback.

“It was a beautiful stay”

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel's beautiful design and spotless cleanliness. The view from my room was also stunning, and I felt like I was getting a great value for the price. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the TV in my room wasn't a smart TV, which would have been a nice feature to have.

“Ok- could be better if small things where paid attention to and changed”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a number of issues, including a run-down appearance, a lack of maintenance, and excessive noise. The shower was also in a poor state, with visible mould and water damage to the cupboards. However, the gentleman who checked me in was friendly and welcoming, which was a nice touch. Despite the hotel's many problems, I appreciated the effort he put into making me feel welcome.
