The room was clean, but the shared kitchen isn’t very clean, the restaurant next to the accommodation has closed, and the nearest one (by car, because it’s too far on foot) was closed for holidays in August.

Everything was perfect… thanks also for the complimentary coffee. The staff are available and friendly. Nothing to mention.
The room was very comfortable with an excellent bathroom. The common terrace offers a fantastic view of the countryside, and at the end of May you can see fireflies in the field next to the house – magical! The air in the room was a little moist, and the room information could have been clearer that the kitchen facilities and washing machine are in a shared room.
The host answered questions quickly. The location is great, check‑in is done through the website so you don’t have to deal with staff. Rooms are clean and there are plenty of towels. The parking for large cars is a bit difficult, but manageable. The separate check‑in process is confusing, with many things in Italian and on a cluttered site, yet it can be handled.

Belluno town is very close, a few minutes by car. The facilities are complete, the place is clean and tidy, parking is convenient, and Netflix is available. The TV is a big plus. The shared kitchen is great, and the overall quality of the guests is high, with excellent waste sorting. The accommodation quality is good. No negatives.
