Bedden 7.7/10 · genoemd door 522 gasten
The location was fine, but there were a lot of people in one room. Even though there are four‑person cubicles, the laughter is loud.
The location was good, the sheets were pretty worn, and the facilities were adequate.
“Egy éjszakára megfelel”
The location was very good, and it’s nice that the rooms are divided into boxes. Too many people were in one space, they talked loudly for a long time and didn’t mind each other. The toilet paper ran out at 6 am and wasn’t restocked. The dining area was stuffy.
The hostel sits in the city centre and the bathroom is well equipped, but all the bunk beds are in the same room, so you can hear every kind of noise.
We arrived and everything was perfect: clean showers, comfortable rooms with good privacy, attentive and friendly staff, great kitchen facilities, excellent coffee, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, we booked on the same day as a large group of teenagers who made our night extremely difficult with a lot of noise until very late. They also left the bathroom in a terrible state, causing the women’s bathroom to flood. The receptionist, who had already finished her shift, came back and fixed everything, which we really appreciated. I know this wasn’t the hostel’s fault, but perhaps they could implement measures for very large groups of teenagers, such as keeping them in a separate area or having more adult supervisors for a group of around 30 teens. This was honestly the worst night we had during our Camino de Santiago. Without this situation, I’m sure we would have had a completely different experience, especially given the great facilities and lovely staff. Just something the hostel might want to consider to prevent or minimise this kind of situation in the future.
