A wonderful hotel with excellent service! The only slight discomfort came from construction work on the premises, though the organization of the work was done in a way that tried to minimize disruption to guests.

The staff were kind and helpful, the pool and beach are nearby, and there are currency exchange, supermarket, restaurants, and a coffee shop close to the hotel. The resort is far from the events, and the lobby is a long way away, but dog‑car service is available on request.

Very, very satisfied here; it worked out perfectly for my family. We brought a 12‑year‑old and a 1.5‑year‑old. The facilities were good, the service super friendly, the kitchen had everything we needed. The hotel rooms were tidy, and the buggy cars from the reception to the rooms were quick. Nothing negative. I recommend staying closer to Phuket if you plan to go on new excursions, since it takes a while to drive from the hotel, but we knew that.
