I paid for two nights in advance, but the mattresses were filthy, the floor was dirty and walking barefoot was disgusting; there were no towels, so I didn’t shower. I left the next day and booked a new stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast – every day offered something new and a wide variety that kept me satisfied. The room and bathroom were lovely, and the bed was comfortable. The terrace was great, though it lacked a drainage system for rainwater, which became an issue on a few rainy days. Parking was available for the duration of our stay, and overall the property looked nice. The distance to Zakopane’s center is 2 km. On the downside, there was no personal contact; everything was handled through messages and codes, so the B&B feel was missing and there was no owner to ask questions as a tourist. The Wi‑Fi was unreliable – each time we returned to our room the connection disappeared, forcing us to log in repeatedly, sometimes up to 10 times. The router seemed to have problems, yet the only response we got was a generic message saying that “no one, except us, had any issues.” Most guests stayed two nights, but we were there for five nights and brought three devices, each affected. No satisfactory answer was offered.

“Wyjątkowy”

The stay was very successful, everything matched the description. The breakfasts were tasty, the staff friendly, and the balcony offered a view of the mountains – highly recommend.
