Ubicación buena, pero la app me ofreció otro tipo de habitación y al llegar me dieron la más pequeña, sin servicios.

I was blown away by the service – it was excellent.

Nothing good; the staff were terrible.

The front‑desk staff were friendly and professional, but when I entered the room I saw a cockroach on the bedside table and the bed was covered in hairs, and the employee just said “okay.” The website said check‑out was 11 am, yet at 10:15 am the staff started knocking on my door insisting we had to leave at 10 am.
