The ground‑floor restaurant was decent and the staff were friendly, yet the room lights were weak, the manual AC was noisy, the parking spots were scarce, the “non‑smoking” room had been used by many smokers, and the bed was completely uncomfortable.

The location was spot‑on, but the room was barebones with only a bed and two pillows—no extras, no complimentary water, coffee, or tea, and not even a slipper; slippers cost extra, the breakfast selection was narrow, the staff moved slowly, and checking out took 20 minutes.
