I was thrilled with the hot tub and lawn games, and the front desk staff were friendly while our waiter was very helpful; the food was delicious and the bed was comfortable – truly an awesome place! My granddaughter once worked there and her mom still does.

The hotel was beautiful, the Carve restaurant fabulous, and the bar, restaurant waitstaff and Spa delivered great service; just remember that if you arrange an early‑morning room‑service breakfast before heading out on a tour, you must confirm that the night staff actually places the order.

The location was stunning and the accommodation high‑quality, but sometimes you have to actively seek out staff to get a drink by the pool because they don’t seem proactive.

The hotel was modern and hotel main reception and associated staff were very good. The pool and hot top were really nice. The restaurant was very poor and did not match the hotel quality. Service was very slow with over an hour for my wife's starter and over 2 hours for the main. The admit it was poor and didn't charge us. The quality was not good either. We went for breakfast and we asked how long and they said it was very slow again. If this hotel wants to reach the standard it's facilities deserve they need to get the restaurant sorted very quickly
