Great location. The owner told us at the last minute that we wouldn’t be able to check in after 7 pm. He asked us to cancel on your platform and offered another room at the same price, but the services offered turned out to be different.

Well‑located but a bit hard to find. The shower stall was very narrow.

I was really upset because Booking messed up and left us stranded at a different place. I’m genuinely sorry for everything that happened. Booking never told us we wouldn’t arrive, and the reservation disappeared from my account. When I called to report the issue before booking another spot, they said the owner had cancelled our stay at your place. That wasn’t true at all. In the meantime, Booking used BB Donna Ada’s details for the new booking, so we messaged you thinking everything was fine, not realizing there were two separate reservations. Booking mixed up the two and didn’t warn you we wouldn’t show up. I feel terrible knowing you waited for us without knowing what was going on. I’m mortified and ashamed. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, the time you lost, and for making you wait unnecessarily. I don’t know if Booking compensated you for this mess. From our side, Booking didn’t charge us for your stay, only for a completely different place. I again ask you to accept my heartfelt apologies. I’m truly sorry for what happened.

The room was very cute and brand‑new. However, it wasn’t the room I had seen on the site. One reason I chose this B&B was that the photos showed a table with a chair, so I could spend hours working at a desk. Instead, there was no chair; a narrow high table meant to hold a few items couldn’t serve as a desk (and there was no chair). The change in layout was communicated to me at check‑in.
