Because it was winter, the experience was very cozy, warm inside while snow fell outside, and the large windows let us truly enjoy the view… we had all the “necessary tools” to cook our own food, the host left us a very good bottle of wine on the table – a gift from the house, which we appreciated a lot… there was also a jacuzzi to warm up after a day on the slopes… The check‑in time was not respected, and when I spoke with the owner he got defensive (later I understood he wasn’t in charge of Booking matters), but his attitude was still not welcoming, somewhat aggressive. Also, unless I specifically mentioned it as important, even if that meant a later check‑in, the cleaning might have been skipped 🥶. We were most excited about the jacuzzi, but it was set to a temperature so high that we couldn’t stay in it, and the most annoying part was the huge amount of chlorine (we suspect) used; the fumes were so strong (in contact with the hot water) that we all “breathed” that harsh air, and it had negative effects on our skin from the large quantity of a chemical product we felt later.
