The hotel's location is pretty convenient, but unfortunately, the room was a bit of a letdown. The cleanliness was a major issue - it was dirty and smelly. I was expecting a bit more from the place, but the staff were friendly and helpful when I checked in late.

The hotel's central location made it easy to get around, but the noise from the street outside was a bit of a nuisance. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late, which was a relief after a long day of travel. The room itself was small but clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and decent air conditioning. Overall, it was a decent value for the price, but not exactly a luxurious experience.

The staff's response to my situation was pretty unimpressive. I locked myself out of my room because I forgot my key, and when I asked for a spare, they said they didn't have one. To make matters worse, they called a locksmith at 8:50 am, but he didn't show up until 11:10 am. Every 30 minutes, I'd ask when he was coming, and all I got was "on the way" from the staff. It was frustrating to deal with, especially since I had to rush to the airport.
