This place has a lovely, relaxed vibe and an amazing rooftop with incredible views! Ali and the whole team go above and beyond to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The food was also fantastic, so you can easily spend the whole evening enjoying the place without needing to go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

The host was very responsive and booked a taxi for us. The staff were very nice, especially the guy working the restaurant/terrace. The terrace is a real gem, over the Nile, with a perfect view. We were welcomed at the ferry deck by the host and the guest house is a 2‑minute walk from the ferry. Nice building, very cute Nubian island. Water flow was a little weak in the shower and there was no hot water, but the climate is hot so it was okay.

A beautiful place with colourful rooms. It is a lovely family run place, and the food at the restaurant is exceptional! The island itself is the most peaceful and tranquil place we stayed in all of Egypt and we felt right at home

A real gem! We loved our stay at the Bob Marley Guest House. The staff are remarkably kind and the welcome is so warm that you feel at home immediately. The rooms are comfortable, perfect for resting. Special shout‑out to the kitchen: the meals were simply excellent! (The only place where my daughter agreed to eat local). A must‑visit that I highly recommend.

An exceptional stay at the Bob Marley Guest House! The meals were absolutely excellent, prepared with care, and the room was very comfortable. The staff are incredibly welcoming, warm, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. I recommend this place with my eyes closed! The only issue was the lack of hot water for the shower, but it was just a detail and I didn’t ask for it.
