A varied breakfast, a very nice room with a large balcony and bathroom, a good location, enough parking spaces—everything was very satisfactory!

Arriving and feeling at home in a very clean, modern, and traditionally furnished guesthouse. A room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The warmth of hosts Heidi and Loisl. The rich and varied breakfast with fresh and regional products (including Darbo jam from Stans, Tyrolean milk, and yogurt). With the Silvercard Plus (guest card) I regularly and reliably used the bus to the starting point of my lovely mountain tours or city visits (Schwaz, Stans, Jenbach) and naturally back (a 7‑minute walk to the stop is normal for me, so the guesthouse is also very quiet). I drove in, and there are parking spaces at the house.

From the first minute we felt very comfortable with Heidi. The accommodation is very clean and cozy—one feels immediately welcome and can enjoy the time there. The pleasant and family‑like atmosphere particularly appealed to us. The location is also excellent: a supermarket is about a 5‑minute walk away and Achensee is about 15 car minutes. It’s also an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. The breakfast also tasted very good and was a nice start to the day. Heidi herself is extremely friendly, helpful, and warm. She gave us great tips about the area and was even flexible enough to allow our arrival a day earlier and in the middle of the night! We would come back anytime and wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation. Thank you for the wonderful time!

“Great host, clean and good location.”

Heidi is incredibly kind and welcoming. She offered amazing tips during our stay, which made our holiday even better. The room was nice and very clean. We especially loved the view from our balcony. The location is very central. We easily had access to Innsbruck, Schwaz, the Zillertal, Achensee, and more.
