D10 I shared bathrooms&kitchen

Extremely poor location and facilities. In the industrial area the windows could not be opened at night. There is no air conditioning. At high temperatures the rooms are unusable.

The room was clean and had everything you need. I was unlucky with the hot weather; you need fresh air to sleep, but when you open the window, the noise from some equipment is very loud.

“Schrecklich”

I’m upset with this host. The place was hard to locate, and as a solo traveler I finally found it in a back alley of a car workshop. The room was dark and gloomy, and I was harassed by foreign men who seemed to live there. After I found the correct entrance to my area, the code that was supposed to unlock my room didn’t work. The cleaning lady opened the door for me, but it was already too late. I didn’t feel safe and got scared when I returned home at night after the concert. I booked a room at IBIS instead. The host was told to inform me that I should contact booking and that I would get my money back, which I expect. The host should describe the property more accurately and provide photos of the entrance and that it’s on a corporate site.

“Alles in allem völlig in Ordnung für eine Nacht”

The accommodation was clean and tidy, and the landlord replied quickly to my emails. On the downside, it was very noisy, and the chip for the ladies’ bath didn’t work.

The stay was very simple, practical, cheap, and clean. I missed the signage inside the building; the area with the individual rooms wasn’t immediately obvious (you had to go up the stairs, open a door that had no indication of the rooms, so you just had to guess).
