Even though it’s extremely busy right in the lovely area the rooms are surprisingly very quiet at night, so the location is fantastic. You can walk everywhere. Jackson, the hotel manager, is very helpful; he booked my entire Ha Giang Loop trip—private room and transfers, food, and a full 4‑day tour included—for a reasonable price. I sent many questions on WhatsApp and he always responded quickly with all the information I needed. He was kind enough to secure reservations at a couple of Michelin‑starred spots too.
