The hotel is in a great spot and very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are exceptional, the staff is always on point, friendly and courteous, and customer care is top‑level.

We booked the accommodation with dinner included. The food was superb, especially the breakfast, and the staff’s willingness to help was very good.

The hotel is very comfortable, the food is excellent, the spa is gorgeous, and the staff is extremely kind. They handled all my requests, including an early check‑in because I arrived earlier than expected, and even resolved an emergency after I had already checked out. When I return to Andalo I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The spa center was well‑designed and functional, and the recommended relaxation massage was excellent for both skill and truly soothing effect; the saunas and external cold bath were great for post‑activity recovery, and the staff were available for any need. Nothing significant went wrong, though the room felt a bit warm—perhaps a mini fridge would have helped with the recent Andalo weather.
