The place is a 10‑minute walk from the south rail station, but the street is dirty. I booked the apartment for a two‑week family vacation and had no internet connection during the stay. I reached out to the host several times, but the issue was never resolved; they blamed the internet company. Living in Belgium, I know that a two‑week outage is impossible, so I was disappointed.

I absolutely had to avoid this place. Our stay was disastrous: we found bed bugs in the apartment and were bitten so badly we had to leave. The owner denied their presence, which felt like outright bad faith. The property itself was in bad shape, with broken shower heads and door handles. Worst of all, we brought the bed bugs back to France, requiring treatment of our home, clothes, and belongings, plus extra stress and costs. I strongly recommend steering clear of this apartment.

The location was good, but it was too noisy. The front door and apartment door were in poor condition, and the toilet door handle was also broken.

Hello, I hope you’re doing well. Overall, the stay went well, but there are a few things that I think should be improved. First, there was quite a lot of dust on the sofas, and the internet connection was very difficult to access and use. There was also a significant amount of mould in the bedrooms, as well as in the bathroom. In the bathroom, there was also some mould in one particular area. Additionally, the toilet paper holder had quite a lot of rust on it. I think the apartment has a lot of potential, but there are definitely a few things that need to be updated and improved. With a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, the apartment could be much more comfortable and pleasant for guests. Thank you, and I hope you’ll take these comments into consideration

The spot was great—just a short walk from the MIDI station and a quick train ride to the city centre. The apartment was bright and roomy, and the beds were super comfy. I was worried about the reviews claiming bedbugs, but thankfully none were found. The room had some dampness that made it smell bad when I opened the door, especially with the closed windows and cigarette smoke. We bought bleach the next day to scrub the kitchen counter, table, and chairs because everything felt dirty and sticky. The neighbourhood seems risky based on some reviews, but it’s just a perception; other comments mention trash bags on the streets, which is a city issue, not the apartment. There were no dish soap or sponges, and the kitchen had minimal utensils—only five cups for water and coffee. We were four people.
