The lady at check‑in was nice. We left at 11:00 PM after a terrible stay and paid for a second hotel just to sleep somewhere else. The shared bathroom was outdoors, fully exposed to mosquitoes, and lacked toilet paper and body soap when we arrived. Worst of all, every time the floor squeaked in our room we heard a rat or rodent moving inside the walls. We cancelled our booking and moved to a different hotel.

The location in central Lamphun was very good, the facilities and toiletries were clean, the bed was comfortable, the air‑con was nice and cold, Wi‑Fi was great, and the owner was friendly and made a delicious breakfast. Free bicycles were provided, though they were a bit old. The price was very reasonable. Take note of the shared bathroom; I was lucky there were only two other guests that night, and the owner was a bit difficult to reach by phone.

The food was tasty but maybe a little too much. The wooden floor was somewhat noisy when walking, but it didn’t bother me too much.

I really enjoyed staying here. The location is great and the place is pretty: a well‑maintained wooden house with artistic touches. The host was very friendly, lent us bicycles, and we had a nice chat with her, plus she gave good tips about Lamphun. Our room felt cozy. The beds aren’t wide, but they’re very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty too. Thanks for the warm welcome and I recommend it!

It felt like visiting a friend’s house. The accommodation is cute, the owner greets you well and is generous (plus there’s a very cute neighbor cat nearby). There can be some noise from other rooms passing by, so you need to be more careful when walking or talking because it’s a wooden house.
