Holiday Inn Springdale-Fayetteville Area by IHG

“Very accommodating at front desk, breakfast area, and bar”

The staff and location were great. However, the front entrance showed wear and tear, making the place feel less clean. The landscaping had thin spots and weeds, possibly due to weather.

4/5 We are writing to provide detailed feedback concerning our recent stay at your establishment. We were particularly impressed by several aspects of our experience, notably the generous proportions of our room and the meticulously maintained cleanliness, which significantly contributed to a pleasant environment. The comfort of the bedding also stood out!. We encountered a couple of issues that we believe are important to bring to your attention for continuous improvement. Our primary concern was the ambient temperature within our room. This persistent warmth regrettably had an adverse impact on our ability to achieve sound sleep. We are grateful that upon notifying your staff last night, a box fan was promptly delivered to our room, which offered some degree of alleviation. Furthermore, we experienced an unexpected inconvenience when our room key card ceased to function after midnight. Upon seeking assistance, we were informed by your staff that the card had been "cancelled out" and new keys were subsequently issued. While the matter was resolved, this incident caused a momentary disruption to our night

After walking from the bed to the bathroom, my feet were black from the carpet; one room had a strong cigarette smell even though we booked a non‑smoking room, and the next room we were moved to had mold on the ceiling tiles—gross. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The place was very clean, and there wasn’t much else to note.
