“Trevligt hotell, bra läge, bra restaurang!”

The room was nice and the staff were friendly. Overall it was a pleasant hotel with a pool and especially a sauna. The breakfast was good, and the schnitzel served is recommended. The petit fours were small and there was a lack of information when we arrived; we didn’t learn that the restaurant closed at 20:00, which almost caused us to miss dinner. The venison was slightly overcooked, which was a pity because the rest of the dinner was very good.

“Einfach familiär jederzeit wieder”

The staff were absolutely friendly and accommodating. Even though we missed the kitchen hours by about an hour and the kitchen was already closed, we still managed to get something.

We were welcomed warmly by the personal staff, probably the senior and junior managers, who were friendly and nice. We can't comment on dinner or breakfast because we ate out. In the morning we asked for a bowl to put our daughter's muesli in because we had to leave before breakfast time, and they kindly lent us one. That was very nice. The hotel itself looks quite old and that shows immediately. The price‑performance ratio is simply not right. For 100 € less we could have stayed in a full suite in Schwerin’s old town for one night with better amenities. That single night was fine, but I wouldn’t book it again – it’s a shame.

“Top hotel”

The hotel is great, the staff are friendly, and we were able to lock our mountain bikes inside.
