I never expected much, and honestly nothing stands out. The security feels lax; guests and staff slip in and out of the hotel and villas without proper checks, and the external guard doesn’t verify who’s inside. After checking out, staff ask guests to rate them online and even put their names on those sites. There’s also exploitation of Arabic‑speaking staff from well‑known communities, with no follow‑up or reporting. Management should pay more attention to these issues.

Nothing. There are many issues, but I will highlight the most important ones that need attention: security and surveillance of guests, especially at night and before morning, monitoring breakfast and personal hygiene, enforcing security and safety standards in all areas, reporting offenders and holding them accountable for their violations.

The breakfast was the best part, parking was great, and the location is close to the airport and other attractions. The AC was initially faulty but got fixed later, and the bed was slightly crooked.
