They didn't have decent blankets—very thin and old-looking—and you had to ask the attendant on WhatsApp, otherwise you wouldn't know they even existed. I had an issue with breakfast not being delivered, and the staff couldn't even offer an apology; they just blamed the guest. The sheets were torn and so bad that they fell apart the first time you lay down. Room service had to be requested, which is odd because that's the minimum I expect from a place that calls itself a hotel; it feels more like an Airbnb. Toilet paper was handled the same way as blankets—discover where it is and if it exists, otherwise use one for the duration of your stay.

The place offers great value; the smart apartment is simple yet good, and the restaurant on top is nice.
