Nothing positive. The address was wrong; I waited 3 hours outside the wrong address before being told to go somewhere else. No one answered the phone and I couldn't get in. Coffee stains were on the walls, the room was dirty and smelled bad. The door wouldn't actually close, so it either slept or opened. Health and safety were not taken care of.

Não existe o hotel que vcs colocaram pra eu ir. É um local fake. Já mandei mensagens pra vcs desde a madrugada do dia 9. O hotel não existe, vocês me mandaram pra um local totalmente ermo, expondo eu e minha esposa num outro país. Exijo o estorno imediato da cobrança realizada por vcs. Não existe o hotel que vcs colocaram pra eu ir. É um local fake. Já mandei mensagens pra vcs desde a madrugada do dia 9. O hotel não existe, vocês me mandaram pra um local totalmente ermo, expondo eu e minha esposa num outro país. Exijo o estorno imediato da cobrança realizada por vcs
