“Never stopped”

We arrived and left after ten minutes for a different hotel on the site; it was a shit hole, never had a lift, and everything was terrible.

While I appreciated the hotel's convenient location and available parking, my stay was marred by some significant issues. The hotel's lack of an elevator was a drawback, and the common areas were in need of maintenance. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the room I was given had only one bed, despite reserving a twin room.

“Nothing good can be said about this property, even it’s location is not convenient to anything of substance”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The promotional pictures were misleading, as they didn't match the actual property. The staff was unhelpful, and the lack of elevator or assistance with luggage was a real challenge, especially when trying to get to the first or second floors. To make matters worse, they required a 500 THB deposit on the key card, which they refused to return even though they had taken my money the day before, and the cold breakfast was a letdown.
