The hotel was relatively new. The hot tub was extremely dirty, with a thick layer of white foam on the water surface. Moreover, the hotel is very environmentally unfriendly: all plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery at breakfast are disposable, creating unnecessary waste.

The food selection was good. We didn't like the sausages, but that was just our taste. A second waffle iron or a pancake maker would be nice. The line for waffles was long.

The bedding was clean and the mattress comfortable. 1) During breakfast we stayed at our table chatting with friends after finishing our meal, not realizing other guests were waiting for a seat. We would have gladly left if we had been politely reminded, but a staff member approached us in a rude, confrontational way, criticized us for sitting too long, and told us to clear our own dishes and leave immediately. We were disappointed by the lack of courtesy and professionalism; a simple, polite reminder would have sufficed. 2) I reached out to the hotel with a question after booking, but never received a response. Better communication with guests would have improved the experience.
