The breakfast was just coffee, which was fine for me. The breakfast room was nice and comfortable, beautifully decorated, and I even snapped a photo to send to my wife. I liked the location—close to everything—and I was glad to find marked motorcycle parking right around the corner. I also liked the automated check‑in and general access to the unit; the instructions were clear and well written. I couldn’t find a hair dryer in the room, and the owners/managers didn’t reply to any of my messages. No major problems, so the lack of communication wasn’t crucial, but a simple acknowledgment would have been nice.

10/10 – The stay was amazing! The accommodation was fantastic, the hosts communicated excellently, the room was spotless, and it was very lovely. There’s a shared area on the ground floor with a kitchen, coffee, a microwave, water, and other useful amenities. The location is perfect, within walking distance of almost everything. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the common area while waiting for the room, and the room was ready earlier than expected, so we could check in ahead of time. The accommodation was worth every penny, and we enjoyed it so much that if we ever come back, this will definitely be our first choice again. Highly recommended! 10/10!

The room was very nice and clean. The location is perfect—close to everything in the old town and a 10‑minute walk from the train station. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I’d choose it again if I visited Treviso again. The walls are thin, so you can hear noises from the corridor, but the hotel is small, so it wasn’t a big issue.

It’s fairly central, free coffee. It’s the first B&B without breakfast, and the bathroom lacks a bidet.
