“Bed is horrible had back pain for a week later after sleeping in the bed there”
The pools were excellent, but the breakfast credit didn’t cover the cost of the breakfast, and oatmeal was $17.

Conveniently located, but there was a lot of construction on the property during our stay, the TV stopped working due to a power loss which meant we missed breakfast one day, we had to keep asking for our room to be cleaned, and both the front and bathroom doors were stuck.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were spacious with plenty of extras. However, my room’s location was terrible; construction was happening right outside the window all night and morning, making it impossible to sleep. I get that new buildings are being built, but rooms next to the site shouldn’t be occupied during that period.

Aside from the construction, we enjoyed the pool and our stay. The construction, however, made parking difficult.

Nothing good to say. Work was happening all over the property, especially in the back. The worker assigned us a room on the floor level next to the ongoing work. When we asked for a move, they put us in a room above that same spot, still overlooking the activity. The rug in the room looked like someone had died on it—filthy with stains. All the doors seemed to have been kicked in at some point, with huge dents. The worker talked politics about where I live, even though she obviously doesn’t live in NY and had a lot to say. She wouldn’t give me a checkout confirmation. I left immediately, without even having a chance to gather my belongings, and I still haven’t received my $100 deposit back.
