The staff are great and helpful on time, and the value for money is solid. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Soap, shampoo, and a tavel (taval) can be arranged in the toilet. Food can be ordered through room service at an extra cost, since there are no hotels within walking distance, which is difficult for older people or those without their own transport.
