The staff at this hotel were absolutely perfect - so friendly and helpful.
I loved the hotel's location, it's super close to the train station - just a 2-minute walk.
My room was really nice, clean, and spacious, which was a great way to start my stay.
The hotel had all I needed and I didn't encounter any issues.

The large, exceptionally comfortable rooms made our stay at Novotel Suites Wien City Donau truly enjoyable, and the convenient location, dedicated parking, and highly professional, helpful reception staff ensured a seamless experience. However, the breakfast was disappointing, the Indian staff member greeting guests outside the restaurant was rude and off‑putting, and the breakfast selection was very limited.
The location was excellent and breakfast was very good. We booked for 4 people, but initially only 2 beds were ready; after a long back‑and‑forth we were given a different room because nobody could set up the sofa bed in the current one.

Nur die Lage. Das Frühstück war nur mittelmäßig bis schlecht. Es gab keine weichen Eier. Es gab jeden Tag dasselbe. Auch der Frühstücksraum an sich war viel zu klein. Es gab einen Nebenraum der ebenfalls als Frühstücksraum genutzt wurde, aber hier war die Klimaanlage ständig eingeschaltet und daher zu kalt. Das Teewasser war an einem Tag auch nicht heiß
