Great friendly staff and a secure location, but the intercom is a bit far from the gate and having to get out of the car to buzz in isn’t great, especially at night; a bar fridge and microwave would have been appreciated, and extra blankets should be added.

There was no reception area, the room felt unwelcoming and stuffy, the linen looked dirty, and there were no extra blankets, so we had to cancel our booking.
