The price was advertised, but the hotel refused to honor the confirmed rate. The room surfaces were dirty, the vanity sink was semi‑clogged with very low water pressure, and the bedding didn’t fit the mattress properly, leaving it lumpy. I felt like a riff‑raff patron.
