Everything was great. The host handled all our needs and was very helpful. The location was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with many options. They even arranged meals for my toddler. A few bathroom slippers would have helped keep the room cleaner.

Everything about this property is awesome. The location is good, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathroom is well maintained. The view from the room was spectacular. We loved it and enjoyed the western breakfast too. Don’t miss the homemade Strawberry Jam—it was yummy. There is nothing to complain about; we liked everything.

The staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good, while the room was spacious and well maintained. However, the fair grounds opposite the property had groups practicing their programs, and we didn’t enjoy the drumming practice that lasted for 3 hours; the weather prevented us from going outside, and the driveway was a little difficult to negotiate in the challenging conditions.

The room was a decent size with big, comfy beds and a nice sitting area, but the bathroom floor got wet from the rain.

Staying at Medalin was fantastic; I’d recommend it to everyone. The receptionist was very helpful, treating all guests with respect and dedication. The view was breathtaking, and though the setup feels a bit old‑school, hot water, WiFi, and other facilities are available. We woke up to a stunning view of the lake and town, and the place is close to Little England Cottage, with several great restaurants nearby.
