The spot is great, and the self‑check‑in worked well for a late arrival, but the mattress was hard and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. There were no curtains on the hallway‑facing window, so the room lights up every time another guest walks by and triggers the motion sensor.

We stayed a couple of nights and the room had a fireplace, ceilings under four metres, and arched windows – not something you see often. The hotel sits in a beautiful manor and the location is perfect for touring the main sights. I highly recommend it, though the only drawback was the very soft mattress and the closed balcony.

The place was clean and well‑located, but the room was interior and not as spacious as I’d hoped.

We rented two rooms, both of which were very decent. The loft with balcony was huge and the bed was enormous too, all clean and tidy, and the host was friendly and welcoming. We checked in early, which was a big plus. All the sights were close by, and within five minutes’ walk there’s a tasty restaurant called Magnolia. The only downside was the very soft mattress and the high pillows, but that’s just a matter of taste.

The central location and nice old‑building style were great, but the mattress was awful, the street noise was constant all night and day, and dealing with the owner was irritating.
