“Disgusting floors 🤢”
Close enough to Disney to walk Everyone at the front desk was nice. The floors were absolutely DISGUSTING. There was dirt and who knows what CAKED on the bottom of my kids feet. We were unpacking in the room while my kids played after a 13 hour drive to get there. Not even 10 minutes of my kids playing in the room I saw the bottom of my daughters feet and they were caked on with black stuff. It looked like the floors hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. There was black mold in the shower. The floor in the shower was ridiculously slippery, my son slipped after placing one foot in there to get in and they only gave you a TEENY mat to stand on. There was hair and dirt in the corner of the shower and it never moved the whole 5 days we were there, even after they "cleaned." I left my number with the front office our first evening there to give to the manager about the floors being so nasty. I had to call the next day to speak with the manager, he couldn't even call me even when I sent pictures to him. He questioned if my kids were outside barefoot (they absolutely were not 🤢). He said he never heard a complaint about the floors before. You can clearly read that in other reviews. He kept questioning why the floors were so bad and literally telling me they weren't that bad when they were disgusting. The lack of "care" he had was crazy
