Everything works well and you get what you pay for, with excellent sound isolation. The only issue is cigarette smoke coming from downstairs and filling the room; I used a wet blanket to block the gap, and I wish this were fixed so nothing could detract from the value.

The best thing is the room is very spacious and comfortable, feels very clean and quiet, and the sound‑proofing is excellent so outside noise doesn’t bother you. I visited when it opened in 2024 and it still keeps its high quality. I love the neighborhood, with many dining options nearby and easy access to ferry, bus or metro. The staff are friendly and careful, and they give enough bottled water to stay hydrated. They could offer breakfast, and even in summer they could add a thicker blanket or a more insulated duvet because the air conditioning can make you feel cold at night. Overall it’s a great price/quality.
