Clean. Cozy terrace. A bit noisy – you can hear cars coming and the gate slamming when someone leaves. No Wi‑Fi. No A/C, so you can’t sleep with the windows open because roosters are crowing super early in the morning (3:40 am). Not suitable for light sleepers, but overall a cute place to stay.

The owners are super available and friendly. Everything you need for a short stay is there, even a kitchenette (available on request) in the ground‑floor room with patio. The setting is immersed in nature but a few minutes by car reach all services and the start of many hikes of various difficulties. Absolutely pet‑friendly, my two pitbulls were great, welcomed with a smile and plenty of cuddles.
Immersed in silence a few kilometres from Biella, recommended. The outdoor space is nice. The bathroom is a bit small, mattress needs reviewing.

We had a good stay, the area was strategic for our needs, I went to visit my son, the owners mother and daughter are very sweet and super kind and welcoming. We’ll come back soon.
