Breakfast was good and the restaurant tidy; the room was clean and the convenience of a nearby shop and restaurant were plus points, plus the property offered electric car charging and a fridge‑microwave in the room—overall a solid experience we’d consider returning to, but the main downside was the loud traffic from the main road that seeped into the room, and the mid‑night activity in the yard that made noise inside.
