The location was quiet but very central! I walked everywhere I wanted to go. The breakfast was excellent. Alex was extremely helpful in making arrangements when I needed (for example) an early breakfast before leaving, or a taxi at a strange time

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, making it very convenient to explore the area and enjoy nearby attractions. A special thanks to our host, Alexandr, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us great restaurant recommendations, helped us organize visits, and even arranged our airport pick‑up. His assistance made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The studio was clean, comfortable, well‑equipped, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Alexandr, for your outstanding hospitality!

The place had a family‑like atmosphere, a fresh and hearty breakfast, helpful staff, and a very good location. Manager Alex was always eager to help us in every way.

The hotel sits in a great spot and there’s parking. The room was big with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was good, and Alex let us have an earlier one because we had to leave for a tour.

It was the only hotel in Yerevan I could find with a perfect location—10 minutes walking to the Cascades and 15 minutes to Republic Square. Host Alex was very kind, just like the rest of the staff. We arrived early in the morning with two small kids, and even though our room wasn’t ready, they looked after us so the kids could sleep. The room was perfectly clean and cozy.
