We were completely satisfied and received very courteous and friendly treatment; kudos to all staff. The food was excellent and the quiet location was a plus. We also appreciated the manageable size—small but nice. Nothing else.

The rooftop wellness area is pretty nice, the staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is generous and varied, and the lobby is well designed. Unfortunately, the room had some American pine beetles (the hotel manager says this is normal for the season) and there are no fly screens to stop them. The bike storage is only reachable by stairs or a short detour, and the value for money doesn’t match up.

The handheld shower in the tub had sharp edges. There’s no way to close the sink drain, which wastes water, and there are outlets in the bathroom (you can’t use a hair dryer there).
