The location is good, the room lighting is fine, and the room is a decent size. The air‑conditioning was marginal, and there were many pillows but none were of high quality; fewer but better pillows would be preferable. The bathroom door was glass, had no lock, and had large gaps, so there was almost no privacy – this was a bit uncomfortable for my daughter and me. Why not use beds that are separated?

We enjoyed a pleasant stay; the location was great with everything within easy walking distance, everything was clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. On the downside, the décor felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh, the “locked” doors were oddly confusing and made access more complicated than it should be, and there was a strange smell in some areas.

The location was good and the staff were friendly, but the room was dirty and we even found cockroaches; my wife panicked for 30 minutes and had to step outside at 3 am to calm down.

The spot is great for exploring the city, and the room was basic yet clean and cozy. However, for a four‑star hotel at that price, one could expect a bit more care in service; the furniture layout made the space feel cramped when it could have been plenty roomy.
