“war alles perfekt, wir würden wieder kommen”
The location was great, quiet, right at the entrance to the old town, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant is also recommended; there was nothing to complain about.
“Schönes Hotel in toller Lage.”
The location is perfect, the room was very spacious and everything still feels new. The reception, restaurant and breakfast buffet were not in the same building as the room, which was rather inconvenient during the rainy weather.
The new annex has very modern and well‑maintained rooms. Everything was very clean. The underground garage is directly below (paid). Breakfast and dinner were great. The staff was very courteous.
“Tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Aurich”
Friendly and attentive staff, excellent breakfast, great room, convenient location near the pedestrian zone, top‑class restaurant with very good service, good solution for bicycles. Everything was fine.
Good hotel. Comfortable room. Service was acceptable. Breakfast was good. Business atmosphere. Very impersonal.
