The hotel sits in a quiet spot, the low‑rise buildings blend nicely with the surroundings and the staff were genuinely friendly. Our room was well‑equipped and surprisingly functional. The only hiccup was the mixed messages about buying that amazing bread – everyone said yes but then did something else, though they did try to sort it out.

Food here was solid at every meal – breakfast, a light snack and dinner all hit the mark. The waitstaff were consistently upbeat and quick, always willing to go the extra mile. The wellness area was a calm, nicely designed space, and the herb farm concept added a nice touch.

The hotel lives up to its glossy pictures – it’s as striking in person as it looks online. What really stood out was the staff’s personal attention; after a long trip they whipped up a private dinner and served local tea even though the buffet had closed. Little gestures like that make a family‑run boutique feel special compared to a chain.

This was our third visit and we’ll definitely be back – the team still remembers birthdays, the food (especially the afternoon treats) is tasty, and the room felt very comfortable. The pool that lets you swim out to the open air is a real plus, and the SPA area even offers hot and cold drinks plus apples. It’s a short 20‑minute drive to the lower Stubai cable‑car station, with a ski‑bus stop right next door, though we used our own car.
