The place was spotless.

The spot was good, but I couldn't understand the front‑desk staff because she didn’t get me; her English was poor. I didn’t like that they don’t take cash, and I only found out later that breakfast wasn’t included as the ad said. The bathroom toilet was backed up and the shower never got hot.

“Beautiful room but dirty”

The room was comfy and roomy, yet it wasn’t very clean—coffee stains on the bathroom floor from a previous guest and poop on the wall next to the toilet paper. The room and hallway smelled mildew and mold, which triggered our allergies.
