They never cancelled the reservation even though they had no room available; we had a confirmation while the booking site knew nothing, leaving us stranded on the street with three kids, and the alternative they offered was far below what we had booked, plus we couldn’t even use the pool because of the wedding.

We had a great time here, the place felt really safe, especially for kids - they could run around without us worrying. The vibe was warm and welcoming, it honestly felt like home. Some of the staff, like Ibrahim, Leila, and her brother, were super friendly and made us feel welcome. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxing away from the crowds, but the pool could use some more care - the water wasn't very clean and there were stones inside.

We booked a room with a bathroom, but they gave us a different room with a bathroom that only had a bathtub and sink - apparently there was a conflict with the booking.

The restaurant and pool were okay, but that's about it. Both rooms had issues - one had silverfish and we couldn't use it, so the kids had to share a bed. The other room flooded when we showered and the drain was clogged. The TV was tiny and didn't even work. It was advertised as a 5-star resort, but I wouldn't give it more than 3 stars.
