The kitchen was simple yet very good, and we could order at any time of day. It was very clean and spacious. The location was very bad, forcing us to take a taxi every time we went to Shimla.

The location is good, but there is no public transport to the hotel; having your own vehicle is best. It is quite far from the main road.

I enjoyed my stay at Ranas B&B. I received a nice room with a balcony offering a decent view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the uncle who runs the place is very amiable and cooks well. The only issue I noticed was the difficult approach to the property—narrow, steep roads were challenging for me. Aside from that, it’s a great place to stay!
