The view was great and the room was clean, but there was no coffee in the room as promised, and when I emailed about it I never received a reply. Housekeeping entered the room an hour before checkout and I was naked. There is a shelf up high that I grazed my forehead on three times because it’s right outside a door. The shower water floods the whole bathroom. It’s a bit far from downtown.

Cleaning was okay. There was no staff, the check‑in screen didn’t work, so I had to call. The door‑code was supposed to be emailed but never arrived, so I had to call again. Logging out the next day also didn’t work, so I had to call. All that, plus it was too expensive, lowered the impression. Other hotels we used on the trip were 30 % cheaper and included service and breakfast in the price.

Clean, with shops and a restaurant in the same building. The family rooms are too tight and not well equipped.

The place was clean and comfy, but you have to do everything yourself since there’s no staff. The building feels almost new and modern. The check‑in can bite if something goes wrong – the front‑desk computer was down for us, so we had to call tech support, who arrived fast. A guest whose phone wasn’t working was stuck, and we ended up helping him. A help button would make sense for moments like that.
