Everything was perfect! We loved the stay, the air‑conditioned room, the fresh breakfast, the spectacular view, the extremely helpful staff, and the kitten “Florzinha” made everything even more magical, a great companion and affectionate. We want to come back again and see the other accommodations!

I can’t say anything good about this place – it’s garbage. The site is a shame, filthy. We followed the plan and drove to the treehouse that looked great in the photos, only to find it drained of energy; the entry codes didn’t work until a staff member let us in through a staff gate. We introduced ourselves and the disappointment began: the once‑blessed treehouse had become a hive of bees, and the employees were trying to remove them. We tried to contact the owners in Cotia near São Paulo, and spoke with Georgia, who said she’d tried to reach us but couldn’t even get through on WhatsApp – I checked later and that call was around 11:30 am, while we were already on our way because check‑in was at 3 pm. Georgia offered us almost all the rooms, up to 12, with higher prices, but we refused because we wanted what we had booked. Finally a staff member told us the place was clean and we could check it out safely, but the location was saturated with an unbearable gasoline smell and had no livable conditions. I’ve been a Booking user for a long time and you don’t deserve to be accredited at this level. I’m left disappointed and sad about what happened. We always need clean, pleasant places; we don’t need luxury, just cozy spots. Still, we keep believing in Booking.

The service was excellent, the place was beautiful, the décor lovely, the barbecue was a hit, and the themed chalets were enchanting – the staff were super helpful. The air‑conditioner didn’t work, there was no towel change service, and it was very cold and damp.

I stayed with my two dogs at the treehouse. The accommodation was amazing, we loved it. The bed was super comfortable and the forest view was sensational. I liked everything.
