Very relaxing and nice hotel with many facilities. The staff at check‑in kept us in the lobby to process payment, causing a stressful four‑hour delay.

I liked the room itself—it’s pretty and clean—but the staff at the pool and the restaurant could use some improvement. The location isn’t great for the sea; there were a lot of waves, so I probably won’t return.

The room was a good size. It wasn’t clean, and the staff weren’t friendly.

The hotel lets you check in early, so if you arrive an hour or two before the official time, you can start using the facilities—drinks, food, activities—before actually staying. When you leave, you still have time until your flight, so the services stay available after you hand over the room. Food scores 8.5/10, and the timing is excellent. The water park is only 6/10; I paid extra for this resort compared to others for the number of slides listed, but they only open from 10 am to 12 pm, and there are just three adult slides—what the site says is duplicated. Kids’ water slides are 8/10, suitable for ages 6 and under. Electric rides are 8/10, but their hours clash with meal times, and if they charge more than other resorts for the electronic games, I’d advise against it; it’s not worth the extra cost. Not family‑friendly for conservative families. During peak times, like around 2 pm, the reception gets overwhelmed and delays room requests; your luck depends on the staff you encounter.

I drove there to pick up my child, as arranged with the mother, and had to negotiate with three people, including the hotel director, before I could even wait for my kid in the lobby. The over‑the‑top behavior was absurd—after booking and paying, I was barred from the front desk and the lobby, almost like a women‑only shelter where men can't enter. The staff were unreasonably unfriendly and incompetent.
