The host speaks good German and makes a lot of things herself for breakfast! Our bicycles could be stored in a locked space. It’s a bit outside the center of Karlsbad, and the room was fairly dark.

We were delighted with practically everything about this accommodation. The breakfasts were absolutely exceptional – a large portion of the ingredients came from our own cultivation and the rest were of the highest quality. Each morning something special was prepared just for that breakfast, making the offerings very varied and original. The menu was so diverse that everyone could choose something. The accommodation itself was of very high standard; everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly prepared. We greatly appreciated the personal approach of the owner, who kindly provided specific recommendations for trips, restaurants, and other options in the area. Throughout our stay, the maximum effort to accommodate guests and ensure the most pleasant stay was evident. We found nothing to criticize; the stay met and in many ways exceeded our expectations.

The lady owner was fantastic, the breakfasts were great, she baked pastries and bread, made spreads, and the environment was calm and pleasant; she also gave useful tips on where to go and what to see. The only downside was that our room didn’t have a television.

The breakfast was very good and the location was quiet – a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some peace. There were no negatives to mention.

The breakfast was decent and there was a garden available for relaxation. However, our room was in the attic area, the Wi‑Fi didn’t reach it, the room was dimmer, and it turned out to be a family villa with rented rooms.
